Terms of Service

pSports ("pSports", "we", "us" or "our") provides a non-custodial interface to interact with sports prediction markets that live on third-party protocols (including, without limitation, Polymarket). We do not operate, control, or own the underlying markets, smart contracts, or liquidity. By using pSports you acknowledge that the markets you trade on are operated by independent third parties and that we act solely as a software interface.

You may only use pSports if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally able to enter into binding contracts.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of pSports and the underlying prediction markets is lawful in your jurisdiction. pSports is not available to residents or persons located in jurisdictions where the use of prediction markets, the underlying protocol, or the assets transacted on it would be prohibited or restricted. It is your responsibility to know and follow your local laws.

pSports is a non-custodial interface. We do not take custody of your funds at any point. All trades, deposits and withdrawals are executed directly between your wallet and the underlying smart contracts.

Depending on the features you use, pSports may help you generate or interact with a deposit/trading wallet linked to your account. You are the sole owner of the private keys and assets associated with that wallet and you are solely responsible for keeping them secure. We cannot recover lost keys, reverse transactions, or restore funds sent to an incorrect address.

Trading prediction markets involves substantial risk and you may lose some or all of the capital you commit. Prices can move sharply, liquidity may be limited, and resolution outcomes are final and binding once decided by the underlying protocol.

Smart-contract, network, oracle, custodial and bridging risks also apply, and pSports does not guarantee uptime, accuracy of data, market resolution, order matching, settlement, or the absence of bugs in the underlying protocols. You should only use pSports with funds you can afford to lose.

pSports charges a flat fee of 0.20% on every trade placed through the interface, applied to both taker and maker positions, in exchange for the services it provides (data, UX, builder integrations and similar). The fee is shown in-app at the time of trade and is included in the order summary before you confirm.

Network gas fees and any third-party protocol fees (e.g. those charged by the underlying prediction-market protocol) are billed separately by the chain or protocol and are not collected by pSports.

You agree not to use pSports to (a) violate any applicable law or regulation, (b) infringe any third-party rights, (c) attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform, (d) misrepresent your identity, country of residence or eligibility, or (e) engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any activity that distorts price discovery on the underlying markets.

Polymarket and certain other underlying protocols restrict the placement of orders from specific geographic locations pursuant to regulatory requirements and compliance with applicable international sanctions. By using pSports, you acknowledge that such restrictions apply to orders routed through the interface, and we may block, limit, or decline access to trading features for users we reasonably believe are located in, are residents of, or are accessing the Service from, those restricted locations, in alignment with the policies of the underlying protocol.

We may suspend or terminate access to the interface at any time, at our sole discretion, if we reasonably believe a user is engaging in any of the above behaviors or is subject to the geographic restrictions described above.

All branding, designs, copy, logos and software powering the pSports interface are owned by pSports or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the interface for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

pSports interacts with third-party services (including Polymarket, RPC providers, payment processors and analytics providers). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms; we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions.

pSports is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Nothing on pSports constitutes financial, legal, tax or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pSports and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the interface.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the interface or by email where applicable. Your continued use of pSports after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
